Yes. Once you provide your flight number at booking, we monitor it in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we adjust your pickup time accordingly — at no extra charge.
For international arrivals, your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board after you clear customs. For domestic arrivals, they wait just outside the baggage reclaim area.
We include a complimentary 30-minute grace period from the time your flight lands. After that, a waiting charge of $15 per 15 minutes applies.
Absolutely. We recommend booking both legs at once to lock in your rate. Return bookings receive a 5% courtesy discount.
Cancellations made more than 4 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Changes to pickup time are accepted up to 1 hour before the booking at no charge.
